Commitment

We believe the more businesses that discover the relationship between being green and saving money – that it in fact does not cost a business more money – the more chance we’ll all have of a sustainable existence on this planet.
Wisent Environmental works with its customers to help redefine their facilities and operations practices for the way they purchase, manage, use and dispose of their supplies and materials. This ‘chain-of-custody’ perspective on all inputs, processes and outputs of their business facilitates a shift away from traditional and habitual ways, to a sustainable business model.
In this time of recognition of our most precious resources; the air we breathe, the water we drink, the ground we walk on, and the people & living creatures, it is each business’ responsibility to do the right thing. And that’s the simple beauty of Wisent’s sustainable business model – sustainable solutions reduce a busines’ environmental footprint, but at the same time positively impact the operational and financial bottom line – and that’s key for any business. Other rewards our customers experience in working with us includes:
- new ways for leaders in industry to win in the marketplace
- improved work environments and more satisfied – even proactive, employees
- improved and new products and offerings
- respect and loyalty from your employees
- respect and loyalty from your customers

For Wisent Environmental the delivery of sustainable business practices is imperative. Not only for the sustainability of our planet, but the sustainability of business itself.

Tom Chisholm
Partner
Tom began what is now Wisent Environmental 4 years ago after leaving a position at an international paper manufacturer where he saw the gap for more environmental options to paper supplies in the industrial marketplace. Prior to this Tom spent 11 years doing environmental sales and 5 years in purchasing roles. Tom has called BC his home for over 12 years now, and raises his family in Port Moody.
Brad Mepham
Partner
After many years as an entrepreneur Brad joined the corporate world of a large industrial supply firm. When his business path crossed with Tom’s they discovered that Brad’s next idea for a business of not just talking about, but really delivering environmental solutions meshed very well with what’s Tom’s business was already achieving in the marketplace. Brad and Tom joined together in early 2007 and formed Wisent Environmental.
